SPONSOR A BRIGHT FUTURES WORKSHOP

Each Bright Futures workshop we run gives the 35 participents two months of intensive training in entrepeneurial skills which are invaluable in helping them to start up their own businesses and succeed and taking ownership of their lives.

DONATE

The generosity of individuals and trusts is paramount to the success of Enterprising Ethiopia. As their is minimal government funding for social enterprise in Ethiopia most of the funding for the courses as business start-ups comes from the private sector and private individuals. This page details what we do with the money that we raise and shows how you can help us succeed in our mission.

If you aren't in a position to donate any money at the moment we would love for you to get involved in fundrasing on our behalf, read through the stories on this page for some inspiration!

What will your money achieve?

RUN AN ENTIRE CITY PROGRAMME

Each City programme costs £8OOO a year for us to run. Your sponsorship will pay for the training of over 200 participents incuding the staff and admin costs for the charity. This is a direct way for you to impact on the lives of many.

NEW VENTURE CREATION COURSES

Every New venture creation course equips 25 individuals with the basics that they need to move away from dependency and across to creating and running a business of their own. This in turn benefits the wider community by creating employment and bringing money in to the area.

SPONSOR AN INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS STARTUP

When new businesses aere in their infancy they are far more likely to fail, this is even more true in Ethiopia that in other countries as loans are hard to aquire. Helping a small business by providing just £10 a month could easily make the difference betweeh success and faliure. We will also try and keep you up to date with their developments across the time you sponsor them.
